The General Manager is responsible for the hiring, firing, training and development of the staff and location. They will also be responsible for the stores sales performance, gym up keep, staff scheduling, and customer service. Experience in the fitness industry is preferred. No formal education is required. Sales experience is also preferred.
Membership / Personal Training Sales – The Number One Focus of the General Manager role is centered around membership and personal training Sales.
